  2. Ethnicity Categories • Hispanic or Latino • Not Hispanic or Latino The two ethnic categories as revised by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) are defined as follows.

  3. A person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race.   4. Not Hispanic or Latino A person NOT of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race.
