Addressing existing challenges in the processing of requisitions to enhance efficiency and optimize asset allocation within the ICP system used by DoD. Current methods governed by MILSTRIP regulations have limited adaptability. Potential areas for change lie in refining the rank order processing of requisitions, enhancing depot-level reparable processes, and streamlining transportation fulfillment. The focus is on maximizing Service/Fulfillment Agents' capabilities and mitigating workarounds for a more responsive and dynamic supply chain management approach. Initiatives include revisiting FAD and Urgent of Need categories for better asset deployment.
