  4. Home page Eat well • A Questions you may want to ask me about Small Steps for life… Small steps for life can help you EAT WELL, because it shows us how food Effects our bodies in many ways. Nutrition is important to us but the food that we eat provides us with more than vitamins and nutrients that we eat! -Some tips! There are lots of healthy eating challenges you could be doing for Example… Eating breakfast… And it just takes 10 minutes ! And isn't really hard to do, as its for you as an individual. I'm sure that you’ve heard that breakfast Is the most important meal of the day, but it’s true! Its quite simple just challenge yourself to eat a nice full breakfast and your guarantied to concentrate more and feel good through-out the day. Tips Set your alarm ten minutes early. It may feel painful at first but soon you'll enjoy how much better you feel for eating breakfast. By Denis Duba

Home page Get Active • Exercise doesn’t have to be boring or Dull or stressful. • It can actually be fun and it can work out for you and even be fun ! • When you think of exercise, don’t just think of strenuous workouts or long jogs, this is unless you like to do these types of things. • Getting Active try to inspire you to keep fit with out it being boring or stressing your body out. • By doing so you can see differences in your body and your health…. For Example • Having more energy • Being able to sleep better -HERES SOMETHING THAT EVRYONE CAN DO. And it only takes you 15 MINITES to do and its not just you that’s doing it as you can also do it in a group, this means that everyone can get involved. Description Take an adult or friends and visit a local park with some outside exercise equipment. Or set up an outside gym in your playground using PE equipment. Spend 15 - 20 minutes on the different kinds of equipment. Tips Warm up first by having a gentle walk or jog, and remember to take a drink of water with you. By Denis Duba

Home page Feeling Good • Health isn't always physical it can also be emotional. -In addition Small steps for life can help you feel better, as it helps you Deal with emotional distress such as depressed, worried, angry or stressed ! • Small steps for life teaches you how to deal with all of these aspects as it tells you how to deal with these situation’s so you can admittedly deal with them and return to being happy again.  Something fun that makes you feel good. Here’s something that everyone can do and only take around 10 minutes ! Take some spare time and just have fun with it. Each day do a doodle as your on the go or at home. You'll be surprised how much more chilled you feel afterwards! Tips Complete your doodle diary in a quiet space where you're able to think without distractions. By Denis Duba
