  1. Mihorario de actividades Capítulo 3 – 2 Mini-proyecto en pareja Paired mini project

  2. How will this mini-project be completed? • We will spend time in class and at home • You may work alone, or with one other person • Choose your partner carefully – will they share the work load equally? Will you be able to stay on task with them?

  3. What do we need to do? • Write a guion of a conversation of 10 to 14 parts between you and your partner on loose leaf, edit your work • ___It should include 5 to 7 utterances each • ___Create one power point slide for every question and answer – use clipart or still photos (5 – 7 slides) • ___Include information about “at what time” you have at least two classes or activities • ___Include information about your favorite classes • ___Include information about being late, or in a hurry • ___Record/imbed your speech into each slide • ___Place it in Sra. Plant’s in-box – with ONE LAST NAME, CLASS # and HORA in the title! (GarciaC1hora.pptx)

  4. When does this need to be complete? • You will begin writing your script • You will have your work edited by a peer group, and reviewed by Sra. Plant on ______day. • You will begin creating your presentation on ________day. Your first slide will have a title, both of your names and your class. • You will complete your power point and imbed sound on _______day and _____day. • You will place it in Sra. Plant’s in-box – with ONE LAST NAME, CLASS # and HOR in the title on Monday! (GarciaC1hor.pptx)

  5. Do I need to do anything else? • You need to rehearse your pronunciation of your part with a family member or friend at home. • If you are not productive during class (due to absence, technical problem or focus), you will need to work on the presentation outside of class also. • You should bring a flash drive every day, in order to save your presentation on it, AS WELL AS ON YOUR H DRIVE. • Remember – if your partner is absent, you will need to be able to work on the project anyway. You will want to have multiple copies.

  6. Going beyond…… and Notes…. • If you work well and quickly, you should include WHY you like your classes, more slides, or some humor/additional information in your conversation. • “¡Miclasefavoritaes el españolporque Sra. Plant esmuyinteligente y maravillosa!” • Recording requires QUIET in the room. When you are ready, you may ask permission to go to room 109, or take my digital audio recorder if you are comfortable downloading and embedding the sounds. • I recommend recording the question and answer for each slide IN ONE RECORDING.
