  7. Step 4Know Your Target • What environmental issues should be considered? • language • culture • religion • business • education • What are community demographics? • What is the political/social atmosphere? • What infrastructures are in place to support your efforts?

  8. Step 5Organize • Organize the target audience geographically. • Consider the following five “islands” as critical components in your campaign implementation: • Religious • Residential • Business • Education • Recreational
