  3. What are the Best Weight Plate Exercises for Chest? SVEND PRESS Start standing together with your feet at a shoulder-width distance, shoulders back, and two five-pound plates pressed against each other at chest height.

  4. PLANK PLATE SWITCH • Start with doing a plank. Keep your fists at eye level and toes firm to the bottom. Stack four to five weight hi-temp bumper plates together at your right. • PLATE PUSHUPS • Start with a pushup position, and keep a plate under each hand, ensuring the plates are in touch.

  5. CHEST SQUEEZE PRESS • Hold and squeeze two weight plates together across your chest and in between your hands. • SQUAT PRESS • Start with a squat position and make sure that your back is straight. When re-assuring the standing position, lift the plate overhead.
