  4. Respective Not the same or shared The brother and sister returned to their respective bedrooms. Ms. Dunne and Mr. Lichaj teach physics in their respective classrooms.
  5. Incorporate To include or unite something as a part of something else A good diet incorporates many different fruits and vegetables.
  6. Extend To cause something to stretch or become longer Ms. Dunne decided to extend the due date of the note cards.
  7. Reveal Make something that was unknown, to be known Ms. Hank revealed that she was a UFC fighter before she became a teacher.
  8. Formulate Create something by careful thought and effort Hugo and Leo spent Thursday formulating a design for their egg crash
  9. Sample A small amount of something that gives you information about the thing it was taken from Marisa’s job at the grocery store is to give out samples to customers.
