STARS III provides federal agencies with an efficient, streamlined procurement vehicle for awards to LTR. The contract base is 5 years, with a 3-year option period. It also features limited protestability for sole source awards up to $10 million. LTR President and CEO, Todd Rogers, noted that STARS III underscores the company’s capabilities and experience providing IT mission support in the Federal sector. STARS III provides LTR federal customers with access to the full catalogue of LTR services, from state-of-the-art solutions in technology conversions and modernization, to cybersecurity, information assurance, acquisition, and other services. LTR has supported IT contracts at FEMA, DOD, and USDA, among others. The STARS III contract allows several task order types and provides procurement assistance through GSA. “I am especially pleased that STARS III gives Agencies a contract ceiling and timeline well-suited to the demands of IT infrastructure contracts, with a relatively quick turnaround for support and a $50 billion ceiling. GSA’s fourth generation of the contract, STARS III, includes greater focus on emerging technologies, giving LTR the opportunity to expand capabilities through innovations and collaboration across sectors.
