  2. Blue Sky Homes Architect: Taalman Koch Location: California, USA Blue Sky Homes is a ‘green’ building company whose off-the-grid house has the revolutionary frame as the foundation of their own design. There are two current projects that is using this new system: the Clearlake itHouse and itHouse Cabin.

  3. itHouse Cabin (BSH) The blue sky frame is so attractive to clients and architects due to the eco friendliness and the speed of the construction. Green: The entire house is adept in steep or rugged terrain, with the house being able to sit on a few steel columns, avoiding expense and destruction to the earth. This allows the floor plan to be endless because the interior walls are not load bearing. Speed: The frame is made of galvanized steel. The steel is pre-fabricated and is easily put together. Day one the whole frame is set up. The house is then weatherproof and ready for interior within Day five. Construction is around six to eight weeks

  4. itHouse Cabin Hovering above a solid bedrock formation and oriented to maximize views towards giant boulders, this house, like the other high desert itHouses, will be completely off grid, generate its own heating, cooling, and water.
