  6. District Qualification • System went “live” on 1 October • By 8 October, 60 districts were qualified • Process is simpler than during the pilot. • Done via member access. (MAP) • Selection of DRFC, Grants Chair, Audit Committee. Other TRF Subcommittees. • Open a District grants Account. • Sign MOU on line. • Finally DRFC and DGE to attend training Jan 2013 San Diego.

Club Qualification • Only qualified clubs can access District Grants. • Open RC xxx District grant account. • Sign MOU and submit to District officers. • Attend Full day Grants management seminar. Pres Elect and TRF chair. • District has option of adding other conditions. • Club in good standing-District & RI dues. • Up to 20 members. • Good project history. • Complete district form. Quality and value to community. • Accept supervision by district project monitoring committee. • Contribute at least 15% of project funds. May be more. • Be prepared to account for funds. • ?Contribution history

  9. Other important documents. • MOU • Emphasises stewardship. • Good record keeping. At least 5 years. • Abiding by qualification requirements • Promotes transparency. • Emphasizes good financial management. • TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRF GLOBAL GRANTS.
