The working principle of Earth Tester Megger

Ideally, Megger is based on the principle of electromagnetic attraction. When a primary coil carrying current is put under the vicinity of a magnetic field, it experiences a force. This kind of force produces a torque that is made to turn the device's pointer on, which gives some reading. The earth's resistance can be measured using an earth tester megger or earth megger.
To know more about this visit: https://www.omnicontrols.com/megger/

Contact Us:
OMNI CONTROLS INC: https://www.omnicontrols.com/
Commerce Park Professional Center 5309 Technology Dr. Tampa, FL 33647
P: 813.971.5001
Email: sa

 1. The working principle of Earth Tester Megger Ideally, Megger is based on the principle of electromagnetic attraction. When a primary coil carrying current is put under the vicinity of a magnetic field, it experiences a force. This kind of force produces a torque that is made to turn the device's pointer on, which gives some reading. The earth's resistance can be measured using an earth tester megger or earth megger. The megger earth tester is usually a direct reading ohmmeter, and it consists of hand driven generator which supplies the testing currently. The ohmmeter consists of two coils (current coil and pressure coil) placed at a fixed angle to each other on a common axis. It includes four terminals P1, C1, P2, and C2. The terminals P1 and C1 are short-circuited, and this junction is a common point. Therefore, it has got three terminals E (common point), P (P1), and C (C1) outside. To measure earth resistance with a megger earth tester, connect the earth electrode under test with the respective E terminal and other terminals to auxiliary electrodes. At Omni Controls, please learn about our offering of earth megger testers that help prevent electric shocks in your facility. According to the International Electrical Testing Association, these testers are the primary tools in ground electrode tests, which are compulsory every three years. The company's earth tester meggers help measure the soil resistivity and earth's electrodes and can be easily used for ground electrode tests and soil surveys. Omni Controls offers top-end systems for design and soil surveys as well as easy-to-use testers for engineers. The company makes sure the testers are self-checked by them as much as possible to allow you to concentrate on gathering and understanding the results. This instrument requirement totally depends upon the range of applications. For the best Earth Tester Megger, contact Omni Controls, which provides you with the equipment from the website directly.
