A: This program provides customers with two years of support. Additional support will be granted at the discretion of Novell and will require a formal request and migration plan.   Q: What does Novell consider a formal migration plan? A: Evidence of migration includes, but is not limited to, Novell Customer Center (NCC) downloads; subscription management tool (SMT) or ZLM reports of server installation; on-site engineer reports; telephone support activity; and customer server counts.
