QGPOP is a consortium of Universities, Industries, and Non-profit research institutions in Kyushu Area to provide Research Internet infrastructure dedicated to R&D with Broadband and Global End-to-End Principle. It is a part of global international Research Internet. ◆Our main Goals are to: ・Provide R&D Internet connectivity. ・Share a R&D infrastructure in the regional research community. 　・Develop new Internet technologies, such as Mobile IP, IPv6, QoS(Quality of Service), Multicasting and so on. ◆Supported by : ・TAO (Research Grant (Prof. Araki)) ・JSPS (Research Grant (Prof.Okamura)) ・ISIT (Project Promotion Dept., Dr.Hirabaru)
