  3. What it Looks Like • Inner circle discusses • Outer circle observes • Swap ½ way through

  4. Roles(all roles participate in the discussion as well as serve these jobs) • Text Police • Finds places in the text that support what someone is saying • Took good post-it notes • Inviter • This person notices who is not talking, and kindly invites them into the conversation • Director • This person starts the discussion, and keeps it going • Poses questions • Norms Moderator • This person makes sure everyone is following the norms/behaviors we decide on as a group
