  1. Odisha Public Service Delivery Act Repair of Hand Pump - ServicePlus

ServicePlus presentation done earlier on different occasions • ServicePlus site for Odisha created • Development is almost complete and tested with dummy data. • Ready for roll out across the state with real data • Email id for all 314 JE and 74 AE created in NIC mail server • Google group handpump_rwss@googlrgroups.com created for smooth coordination among users. • User creation (314 JE, 74 AE, 314 BDO and 32 EE) and reports generation are going on.

  3. Go to www.rdodisha.inClick “Service Delivery”

  4. Click on ““Complain Online”.

  5. Click “login”.

  6. (For JE/SEM/DO/Offline Entry user)

  7. Enter User Name, Password, Word Verificationand click “Submit”

  8. Click “Apply to Services”

  9. Click “View all available services” and click “Apply”

  10. Fill the form displayed on your screen from the application submitted by the applicant like name, address and mobile number. • Select District, Block, GP and Village and click on “Retrieve Location of the Hand Pump”. • Select the location from the list. • Select the “Type of complain” • Enter email id, Application Reference Number(Token Number) and application received date • Click “Save and Preview”.

  11. You can do editing of data if you require by clicking “Edit”. Otherwise click “Submit”.

  12. Acknowledgement will be generated. You can take the print and give it to the applicant. • If you want to enter more number of applications repeat the above process.

  13. Forwarding the job to SEM • Click on “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”.

  14. Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo.

  15. It will show the list of applications entered and pending at JE/DO level. Click on the Application number. The task is to forward the application to SEM for field verification and if possible rectification of the problem.

  16. Click on “Action”. Select “Field Verification – SEM” from the “Select Task” combo. • Enter the name of the SEM who will do the field verification and repairing in the “Remarks” box. • Click “Submit”.

  17. Repeat the process for other pending applications.

  18. Details of report submitted by SEM in Form – C or Form - D • Click on “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. • Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. • Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. • Click on the Application number. • Click on “Action”. • Select “Receive/Deliver Complaint – JE” from the “Select Task” combo. • Enter the report submitted by the SEM after field verification in the Remarks box. • Click “Submit”.

  19. Case - 1 • If the problem has been rectified by the SEM - Click on “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. - Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. - Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. - Click on the Application number. Click on “Action”. - Select “Service Deliverable” from the “Select Task” combo. - Enter your remark as “Your complain has been addressed” in Remarks box. - Click “Submit” - This will send the SMS and email to the applicant.

  20. Case - 2 • If as per report of the SEM the issue needs to be forwarded to AE - Click on “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. - Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. - Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. - Click on the Application number. Click on “Action”. - Select “Material Provide – AE” from “Select Tax” combo. - Enter remark in the “Remarks” box.

  21. Click “Submit”. • This goes to AE for action. After AE takes the action, the application number will be visible to JE.

  22. For AE user • Click “login”. Enter userid, password, word verification and click “Submit”. • Click “Work Flow Player“. Click “Work Flow Player Inbox”. • Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. • Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. • Click on the application number. • Click “Action”.

  23. If AE fulfils the demand of JE, then select “Receive/Deliver Complain – JE” from the “Select Task” combo. • Enter the remarks in “Remarks” box. Click “Submit”.

  24. Login as JE/DO/SEM/Offline user • Role – JE/DO • Click on “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. • Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. • Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. • Click on the application number. • Click “Action”. • Select “Field Verification – SEM” from the “Select Task” combo. • Enter remarks in the “Remarks” box. • Click “Submit”

  25. Role - SEM • Click “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. • Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. • Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. • Click on the application number. • Click “Action”. • Select “Receive / Deliver complain – JE” from the “Select Task” combo. • Enter remarks in the “Remarks” box. • Click “Submit”.

  26. Role – JE/DO • Click “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. • Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. • Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. • Click on the application number. Click “Action”. • Select “Service Deliverable” from the “Select Task” combo. • Enter remarks in the “Remarks” box. • Click “Submit”. • This will send SMS and email to be applicant about the disposal of the application.

  27. Case - 3 • If as per report of the SEM the issue needs to be forwarded to AE - Click on “Work Flow Player” -> “Work Flow Player Inbox”. - Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. - Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. - Click on the Application number.   28. Click “Submit”. • This goes to AE for action.

Click “Work Flow Player Inbox”. • Select “Available Services” from the “Please Select Service Action” combo. • Select “Repair of Hand Pump” from the “Please Select Service” Combo. • Click on the application number. • Click “Action”.

  30. Select “Material Purchase – BDO” from the “Select Task” Combo. • Enter Remarks in the Remarks text box. • Click “Submit”.
