  2. To PA or AP • Generally, for Skull work PA is better • You lower dose to the eyes • You minimize magnification of the orbits • You put the important anatomy closer to the film • AP • For severe trauma when its difficult to place the patient prone or upright

  3. Watch what happens as the angulation move from slightly cephalic to caudal.

  4. 10 degrees cephalic

  5. O degree

  6. 15 degrees caudal

  7. Modified Schuller’s 23 degrees caudal

  8. Modified Water’s OML 55 degrees Equal to 35 degree caudal

  9. Water’s OML 37 degrees Equals 53 degrees caudal
