Give It One More YearLuke 13:6-8 God is looking for fruit: • He is looking for evidence of spiritual life within us • He is looking to see if His Word is being productive in our lives • He is looking for proof that we are Jesus’ disciples- that we have applied His teaching and have become like Him Jn 15:1-11

  3. Give It One More YearLuke 13:6-8 • God is patient- “Let it alone for this year, too” • God nurtures- “I dig around it and put in fertilizer” • God’s patience has limits- “If it bears fruit next year fine, but if not, cut it down”
