IMPACT ON GPGC PROGRAMS What does the data show? • Initial performance improved during the first flourish of collaboratives • The number of practices participating was increased and sustained • After the initial improvement, performance levels off but can be sustained • Data is not improving, but no significant decline either
Other Programs Other activities will continue to collect data, currently regularly from 50% of GPs • Eg. Practice nurse CDM & Care Co-ordination activities, ATSI activities, Lifestyle modification, ABHI follow up activities, immunisation • We will collect NPI data wherever possible • Practices will be well prepared for any performance pay environment
