  2. EPA Update • The “through-the-probe” audit program is beginning. EPA-NE is still waiting for some equipment to arrive. • The annual AQS certification letter is due July 1. Please let Wendy know, if you make any additional changes to the 2006 air quality data. Work has begun on the Annual Report

  3. EPA Update • Please let the Region know of any new ozone sites that are now in operation. • Air monitoring network design plans - due July 1 • The NCORE web site goes public in May. If you have not sent in the requested site information including pictures, please do so ASAP. • The 2008? PM 2.5 filters will be shipped in September. Are there any states that will run out of filters before September. Are there any states that have excess filters to provide to states that will run out of filters early?

  4. EPA Update • Are there any states that will apply for a Alternative Regional Method designation for their continuous PM2.5 samplers? • Note the requirement to operate a continuous PM2.5 sampler in a SMSA that is greater than 50,000 and within 15% of the NAAQS. May affect NJ, NY and VT.
