Bottom line impact: Business leaders are advocating for proven investments in young children • Annual economic summit, presentations to 25 business groups, 20 op-ed and LTEs, meetings with gubernatorial candidates, many direct contacts with policy makers • Endorsed Gov. Riley’s pre-k and child health screening proposals, participated in video “Pre-K Matters,” put EC on the agenda of the “Innovative Alabama Governments Summit”
