11. To edit a clinicianclick on the clinician name

12. Clinicians Clinician role is an individual within a provider organization who physically immunizes a client. If a clinician has an Clinician role, his or her name will be available for selection in the 'Administered By' drop down box when entering new immunizations.

13. Ordering Authority A clinician assigned the Ordering Authority role is an individual within a provider organization who is licensed by the state of North Carolina to authorize the giving of immunizations to a client. If a clinician is given an Ordering Authority role, his or her name will be made available for selection in the 'Ordering Authority' drop down box on the screen when entering new immunizations.

14. Ordering Authority/Clinician • This person will have the Clinician and Ordering Authority roles assigned to them. In addition, his/ her name will be made available for selection in both the 'Administered By' and 'Ordering Authority' pick lists on the Pre-select Immunizations screen when entering new immunizations.
