  2. 資料庫說明 收錄內容： 《明清實錄》所收明實錄，包括明代官修的太祖至熹宗的十三朝實錄，以及後人補輯的崇禎朝實錄，凡14種2923卷；所收清實錄，包括清代官修的滿洲實錄和太祖至德宗的十一朝實錄，以及後世補纂的宣統政紀，凡13種4433卷。二者合計共27種、7356卷

  5. 分類檢索 分為明實錄、清實錄，直接進行內容的瀏覽

  6. 條目檢索 限定書名、時代、作者、版本、篇目等條件進行目標檢索，可檢索到某時代某作者某書某版本某卷某篇，並可預覽其概要。

  7. 全文檢索 輸入任意字、詞或字串進行精細檢索，可檢索到書中所有的相關信息，並可逐一預覽。如綜合各種關聯選項進行精確檢索，可排除大量無用垃圾 ，直接檢索到所需信息 。

  8. 高級檢索-二次檢索 輸入2組關鍵字，並可設定類目、書名、作者、時代進行進階檢所

  9. 高級檢索-邏輯檢索 將關鍵字利用布林邏輯做關聯性的檢索，並可設定類目、書名、作者、時代進行進階檢所
