Innovative Design for Prosthetic Feet in High-Heeled Shoes for Enhanced Comfort and Stability

This study presents an innovative design for prosthetic feet to be worn with high-heeled shoes. The Shape&Roll Talon design offers improved comfort and stability by overlaying foot outlines of various heel heights. The parallel sole shape lines represent the thickness of the sole plate of the prosthetic foot, customized for different heel heights. The research highlights the development of cost-effective prosthetic feet that cater to modified foot lengths for an optimal fit in high-heeled shoes.
