Butter’s History The word butter comes from the greek word bou-tyron which means “cow cheese” Butter was created around 9000bc Butter was always used since long ago but was not popular where it was created. Due to the climates in which it was founded, it wasn’t made popular until it was discovered on how to keep it from spoiling.

  3. Glue Stick’s History • In 1969, the German adhesive manufacturer Henkel invented the glue stick, which was modeled after lipstick applicators. • Twisting the knob on the bottom of a glue stick pushes up a small platform inside the tube, which is threaded to the knob. This force squeezes the adhesive out of the top of the tube at the desired level.

  4. The Combination • Since both of these inventions are so amazingly useful to mankind… • We thought that it would be a good idea to combine the two and make an incredible invention that would be used on an every day basis.
