  2. “Sub on the Fly” • Emphasis is on the timing out of the box and cross field passes • Process: • X3 sprints to the substitution box • G clears to X1 • X2 runs a midfield cut • X4 “flies” onto field • X5 runs an attack cut • Variations: add defenders, go in opposite direction, time them, add more players
