Innovative Strategies for Enhanced E-Government Services

This forum at the Annual Electronic Administration Conference in Rabat on June 22nd, 2005 will discuss ideas for improving e-government services to make them more accessible, multichannel, flexible, multilanguage, usable, simple, transparent, and clever. The proposed strategies include integrating and syndicating information, personalizing services, prioritizing popular services, benchmarking for improvement, and engaging citizens for feedback.
