  1. Who makes up the library? We Do! Participatory Services

  3. Many reservations have little funding, minimal technology and available resources

  4. Surveys concerning participatory services (Biggs, 2001) (Burke, 2007) (Hills, 1997) (Seminole Tribe, 2006) have shown that collaboration can provide peer sharing and open collaboration between educators, students, and administrators to provide the most current and up to date information on a myriad of topics.

  5. Combining modern technology with rural reservations, opens the door to possibilities. Access to knowledge and sharing of information can and will enrich the lives of tribal members as well as the global community.

  6. Through the use of technological resources; social media sources such as Facebook, Twitter and Flickr have allowed tribes to share information instantly.

  7. Me and my auntie at a dedication to a tribal library.
