  2. As the world continues to ride with the Omicron wave, international flights are strictly monitored. This is after many reported COVID-19 cases are brought by travelers. In the UK, the government labeled nations into two different categories: red and green. Foreign nationals from either red list or green list countries will take the prescribed preventive measures to prevent the spread of the virus. If you are going to travel with your children by any chance, here are some things you should remember. 1.Aged 0-4. Children under four years old do not have to undergo a rapid antibody test or even rapid antigen test before they travel. Children aged 11-17 must pass a day 2 test upon arrival in England. Within two days after your arrival, this test must be taken. If they are from a country on the red list, they must take a pre-departure exam three days before departing. They must also check-in at a hotel to quarantine after arriving in the UK and undergo two COVID-19 testings. These restrictions only apply to children who reside in the United Kingdom or countries with approved immunization programs.
