(b) BTSs with worst outages in last six months SSA wise (availability continuously less than 95%) (c) SSA wise BTSs frequently down (High fault rate) 2. SSA wise Radio Traffic, Connection and active VLR Connection 3. QoS parameters improvement: (a) SDCCH congestion SSA wise. (b) TCH congestion SSA wise. (c) % of Cell having TCH drop (>3%) SSA wise. (d) TRX/TRU, VSWR & diversity faults & daily monitoring. (e) Drive test & optimization status. 4. MNP PORT-IN : (a) MNP PORT -IN Achievement SSA wise. (b) Analysis of MNP PORT-IN rejection SSA wise. (c) Daily PORT OUT rejection under contractual obligation. 5. Status of Infra Alarm

  3. Availability of BTS BTS status can be viewed 24x7on BTS monitoring website sanchar scape http://ccpl.selfip.com:8080/dotnet/bsnl for desktop and http://ccpl.selfip.com:8080/dotnet/bsnl /mobile for mobile.

  7. SSA wise percentage of cells which are having SDCCH congestion >1% TCH congestion>2% Call drop>2% These reports can be viewed on site http://ccpl.selfip.com:8080/dotnet/bsnl at link intelligence -> watch traffic

TRX/TRU,VSWR & Diversity Faults and daily monitoring • Faulty TRX/TRU list are being sent weekly to SSA Heads,GNOs and Zonal DGMs. • DGMs/GNOs of SSAs should daily analyze Busy hour report, Net Work Quality report being uploaded on rjinteranet to reduce SDCCH/TCH congestion/Drop. Network Quality Report is available on BTS monitoring web site Sanchar Scape also. • VSWR and Diversity faults are being sent to SSAs weekly. Removal of VSWR / Diversity faults should be monitored on daily basis which is major contributor of high call drops in most of the SSAs. • Regularly RET & VSWR Alarms of 3G Node-B are being sent to SSA Head,GNOs and Zonal DGMs respectively for early rectification.

  10. Infra Alarms of GSM BTS As per BSNL CO following Infra Alarms are to be wired: • Mains Fail • Rectifier Fail • Battery Low • DG ON • DG Battery Low • DG Fuel Low • LLOP (Low Level Oil Pressure)

Now as per the latest decision at Circle level at least following works are to be done for BSNL and NBSNL sites: • Mains Fail (From LT Panel) : By Electrical Wing • Mains Fail on Power plant (or Site on Battery) and Battery Low : By SSA Instructions for the above issued on 05-05-11 and 24-05-11
