Function • Amended the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) by fundamentally changing the way EPA regulates pesticides. • Stricter safety standards, especially for infants and children, and a complete reassessment of all existing pesticide tolerances
