Communism Communism is where everyone has food shelter and where the government controls all means of production.Everyone has equal shares(in taxes,in being payed).Communism is made to help the poor rise up and be equal with middle-class landowners,so for everyone to achieve equality wealth. -Tim B.

  3. Similarities Socialism and communism are alike because they are both systems of production for use of rightful ownership and the means of production. They are different because socialism is mainly based on the economic system. Socialism mainly based on both the economic system and the political system. -Jim M.

Socialism Socialism is an System of social organization in which private property and the distribution of income are subject to social control; also, the political movements aimed at putting that system into practice. It is often thought that the idea of socialism derives from the work of Karl Marx. In fact, Marx wrote only a few pages about socialism, as either a moral or a practical blueprint for society. -Chris B.
