  4. Hvad siger lovgivning, bekendtgørelse og SST?bekendtgørelse….. § 10. Kommunalbestyrelsen skal ud over de i §§ 8 og 9 omhandlede ydelser (sundhedsfremme og forebyggelse til alle børn og unge samt funktionsundersøgelser) tilbyde alle børn og unge indtil undervisningspligtens ophør funktionsundersøgelser ved en sundhedsplejerske. Stk. 2. I barnets første leveår skal funktionsundersøgelserne normalt finde sted ved besøg i barnets hjem. • SST’s vejledning Hjemmebesøg tilbydes til alle børn. • Der bør som udgangspunkt tilbydes minimum 5 besøg til alle familier med almene behov foruden et tidligt besøg, der sikrer barnets trivsel efter tidlig udskrivelse fra fødestedet.
