  1. Welcome to Employee Self-Service • After this presentation, you will be able to: • Access your benefits online • Enroll in your benefits • Confirm your benefit elections

  2. Registration There are two different procedures to register. First Time Users – These associates will follow the steps beginning in the next slide. If already registered – those associates that have access to ADP iPay will follow the steps starting on slide 9.

  5. Identity Verification Employee Verification First Name & Last Name (make certain this is your legal name – the one on your paychecks) Social Security Number Birth Month and Day

ADP iPay Current Users If you registered for ADP services in the past to view your checks on line, you don’t have to register again, but you will need to add Self Service to your account by doing the following: Go to https://portal.adp.com and click First Time Users Register Here. On the Welcome page, click Add a Service. Enter your ADP user ID and password and click OK.

  9. Complete the required fields and click Next

  10. Click on the Add button next to Self Service.

  11. Finished with Registration • Congratulations! You can log on and start using Benefit Enrollment by either: • Log on to https://portal.adp.comorwww.valassisbenefits.com

  19. Benefit Summary To change an election or the dependents covered on a particular benefit, select the benefit from the left navigation pane or the “Benefit Elections” table. Click on “Dependents” to add a dependent, remove a dependent, or update your dependent information.

  20. Complete the next page for your new or updated dependent information. Manage Dependents Select the action you wish to take, for example, “Add Dependent.”

  23. Election Changes Select “Calculate Contribution” to view the per pay period deduction.

  24. Benefit Summary Review your changes and click “Confirm Elections” when done.

  25. Benefit Enrollment Completion Click on “I Agree” to confirm and save your changes.
