Goals • to replace paper document AAD with e-AAD • faster release of the excise guarantee in case of proper and timely completion of excise duty suspension procedure • to monitor the movements of harmonized goods subject to excise duty under excise duty suspension procedure • to enable the submission of e-AAD documents to fiscal (tax & customs) administration by traders via e-mail • to facilitate and standardise excise duty suspension procedure • to provide high level of performed services and, at the same time, an increase in satisfaction of business entities participating in the procedure

Who is the system for • the system will be used by the biggest players on the market of goods subject to excise duty • the target number of users shall include all Polish traders registered in the national SEED database as well as excise duty officers engaged in the control of the storage, production, processing and movement of goods subject to excise duty

The way to reach goals • changing paper document AAD into electronic document e-AAD and, in effect, access of business entities to up-to-date information about the current state of the procedure supported by fiscal (tax & customs) administration • integration with SEED system in order to verify the recipients of the excise goodsbefore excise duty suspension procedure is launched • integration with OSOZ system and, in effect,better management of financial resources for business entitiesfaster (the moment BACHUS system generates the report of goods receipt made by the receiver) release of security for excise duty allows for faster re-use of resources from released security for securing another transfers or allocation of available funds to a different purpose and, at the same time, reduction of costs related to freezing of capital • generating defined reports and lists in order to support decision making process on the management level
