THE REVOULTION BEGINS. THE FIRST CONTINETAL CONGREES MET SEPTEMBER 1774.WHICH INCLUDED 56 DELEGATES.THEY DEBATED HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CRISIS IN BOSTON.THEY SOON MADE THE RSOLUTION TO CONTINUE BOYCOTTING GOODS BUT FOR THE MILITIAS TO BE PREPARED TO FIGHT.. TENSIONS IN BOSTON REMAINED HIGH AND LOCAL

    2. THE REVOULTION BEGINS THE FIRST CONTINETAL CONGREES MET SEPTEMBER 1774.WHICH INCLUDED 56 DELEGATES. THEY DEBATED HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CRISIS IN BOSTON. THEY SOON MADE THE RSOLUTION TO CONTINUE BOYCOTTING GOODS BUT FOR THE MILITIAS TO BE PREPARED TO FIGHT. TENSIONS IN BOSTON REMAINED HIGH AND LOCAL MILITIAS CALLED THEM SELVES MINUTEMAN BECAUSE THEY WERE READY TO FIGHT WITHIN QUICK NOTICE.BRITISH GENERAL THOMAS GAGE CHOSE TO TAKE THERE WEAPONS AWAY AND STORE THEM IN CONCORD 20 MILES WEST.

THE SHOT HEARD AROUND THE WORLD ON APRIL 18 1775 NEWS WAS BROGHT TO PAUL REVERE AND WILLAM DAWES THAT THE BRITISH TROOPS WERE ON THERE WAY TO CONCOORD.THEY WARNED THE MINTE MEN THAT THE BRITISH WERE COMING.SOON FEWER THAN 70 MINUTEMAN WERE IN LEXINGTON NEAR CONCORD AND WERE MET BY A MUCH LARGER BRITISH ARMY. THERE COMMADER TOLD THE TROOPS TO NOOT SHOOT UNLESS SHOT AT.SOON A SHOT WAS FIRED THAT NOONE NEW WHO DID IT. THIS WAS CALLE THE SHOOUT HEARD AROUND THE WORLD. AFTER THE FIGHT ENDED THE OUTNUBERED COLONISTS HAD 8 DEAD AND 10 WOUNDED.AND THE BRITISH MARCHED TO CONCORD.

    4. THE SHOT HEARD AROUND THE WORLD WHEN THEY ARRIVED IN CONCORD THEY WERE TO FIND THAT THE WEAPONS WERE GONE. THE MEN HAVE ALRADY TOOK THEM.IN ANGER THEY STARTED LIGHTING HOUSE ON FIRED. IN RESPONSE THE MINUTEMAN ATTACKED AND CHASED THEBRITISH TROOPS AWAY THE BRITISH WERE CALLED REDCOATS BECAUSE OF THERE BRIGHT RED UNIFORMS WHICH ALSO MAD GOOD TARGETS FPR THE MINUTEMAN. BY THE TIME THEY REACHED BOSTON THE BRITISH HAD AROUND 250 CASSULTIES AND THERE WAS LESS THAN 100 WOUNDED OR KILLED COLONISTS.

    5. THE SECOND CONTINETAL CONGRESS ON MAY 1775 REPRSENATIVES FROM 12 COLONIES MET FOR THE SECOND CONTINETAL CONGRESS.T THEY HAD TO DECIDE A WAY TO REACT TO THE FIGHTING. THE CONGRESS MADE PLANS TO MAKE A CONTINTAL ARMY TO PROTECT COLONIES AND HE CHOSE GEORGE WASHINGTON TO LEAD THEM. DURING THER GATHERING OF WASHINGTONS TROOP CONGREES MADE THE OLIVE BRANCH PETITON. IT WAS NAMED BECAUSE THE OLIVE BRANCH WAS A SYMBOL OF PEACE AND IT WAS SIGNED ON JULY 5. BUT KING GEORGE REJECTED THE PEACE OFFER ANGERLY.

    6. EARLY BATTLES WHILE THE CONGRESS WAS MEETING THE COLONIST WERE STRIKING. THEY TARGET WAS FOR TICONDEROGA WICH HAD ACCESS TO LAKE CHAMPLAIN WHICH WAS A KEY WATERWAY. ON MAY 10 1775 THE COLONIAT SURPRISED THE BRITISH AND ATTACKED DURING A EARLY MORNNIG STORM BACK IN MASSUCHUSETTS MINUTMEN HAD BOSTON SURROUNDED WHICH IS ALSO KNOWN AS A SIEGE. THE BRITISH TRIED TO TAKE CONTROL OF CHARLSTOWN.BTU THE MINTUE MAN GOT WORD OF IT AND STARTED BULIDING DEFENSES ON BUNKER HILL AND BREEDS HILL.. THE COLONIES FORCES WERE WELL PROTECTED BUT THEY WERE LOW ON GUN POWDER SO THEY WERE TOLD TO SHOOT WHEN THE SAW THE WHITES OF THERE EYES.

    7. EARLY BATTLES CONTINUED MOST OF THE FIGHTING HAPPENED ON BREEDS HILL.THE COLONISTS TURNED BACK ASSAULTS BUT THEY RAN OF OF AMMUNITION AND HAD TO RETREAT.THERE WAS MORE THEN 1,000 CASSUALTIES FOR THE BRITISH ARMY.COMPAARED THE COLONIES LOSS OF ONLY 400.THIS BATTLE KNOWN AS THE BATTLE OF BUNKER HILL SHOWED COLONISTS THAT THEY COULD HOLD THERE OWN AGAINST THE BRITISH.
