One possible method: We can sit together and analyse all our curricula, discuss the impact of different pedagogical methods on the learning outcomes ( is learning in school a “better” methodology than learning in a company?), the length of the various educations, the levels of the qualifications using the EQF once it has been established for practical use in 2014..
