  3. Purpose? • To help YOU connect science to everyday life • To learn about new science topics • To encourage your love of science – who knows, you might be inspired to be the next great scientist 

  6. Part 1 – Article Information: • Title of the article • Name of the source • Date the article was printed or posted • Pages the article is found on Part 2 – print out or copy the article (I will NOT do this for you) Part 3 – print out & staple a new copy of “Science in the News” paper

  7. Your first article review is due this Friday 1/17For the first article – you will use “Metric mishap caused loss of NASA orbiter”Occasionally, I may assign an article to you.- as a rule, YOU need to find your article for the week
