DESCRIPTION

Scheduling a new client appointment can be challenging if the desired program is not visible in the dropdown menu. It’s crucial that the client is enrolled in a program prior to scheduling. To resolve this, access the client's ECR, click on the menu, select "Program History" under the General Information menu, and proceed to add the program. Choose the relevant organization and program for the client and submit to enable the dropdown options for appointment scheduling.

  2. I am trying to schedule a new client for an appointment, but the program does not show up in the drop down box under client program. What should I do? Prior to scheduling an appointment, the consumer must be enrolled in a program. You can follow these steps to add a program: • Go to the client’s ECR • Click show menu • Choose Program History from the General Information menu • Select add program • Choose the organization and program to which you would like to add the client and submit
