Presentation of the request for Grant Agreement Amendment No. 2 Resolution Proposal: The General Assembly approves the request for Grant Agreement Amendment No. 2 to Grant Agreement number 269265 according to the following: Modification of Annex I - Description of Work Addendum No. 269265_295373_2 dated 2013-06-25 attached to the general assembly convening notice shall be incorporated as part of Annex I to the grant agreement. In case of conflict between Annex I and any provisions of Addendum No. 269265_295373_2 the latter shall prevail.
