  1. Constructed using the same high temperature ceramic used in commercial ovens, the Wood Stone Fire Deck Series provides the same intense cooking environment as the bigger MS Series. The interior of the Fire Deck Series is designed to provide the same excellent baking and roasting characteristics as the tried and tested MS Series but the rectangular shape and extra wide door provide easier access for all types of cooking and offer the great ‘theatre-style’ fire visibility associated with all the Wood Stone models. The Wood Stone oven comes fully constructed and ready to operate. Special heat shields keep cook and kitchen cool. Since 1990 Wood Stone have sold over 10,000 ovens in 75 countries around the world. In the UK we have sold over 900 ovens and customers currently using these ovens include Zizzi, Prezzo, Strada, Pizza East, Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver, Hilton Hotels and Piccollinos to name but a few. Wood Stone ovens are famous worldwide as pizza ovens but that is just the start of their talents. Searing, sautéing roasting and baking can all done in the oven. With the Wood Stone’s high temperatures, stone fired cooking holds in moisture and gives the finished product a wonderful colour, taste and texture. The Wood Stone ovens feature in Jestic’s superb Test Kitchen and Development centre, operated by Executive Chef, Michael Eyre. Michael has extensive experience of menu development for many well known High Street names and is more than willing to share his skills, tips and tricks with you. Ideally located 40 minutes outside of London in Paddock Wood, Kent, the test kitchen offers a relaxed atmosphere and friendly environment in which we can offer advice and expertise on using the products to produce the best food possible.
