Directness • They act proactively • Naturally self confident, high ego people • Hard-driving and decisive • Frank,open,outspoken,honest,blunt,straight) • Interested in results than people • Authoritative • Attack things aggressively • Often do not realize how strongly they communicate to others • Hate having anyone looking over their shoulder • Outspoken and direct • Good Trouble shooters • Thrive on solving problems

  5. Extroversion • Are enthusiastic and pleasant • Are versatile • Like to build organizations • Get things accomplished through people • Like teamwork, and involving people • Like group discussions and encourage participation in decision-making • Persuasive

  6. Extroverted Personality: Continued • Constantly selling , often themselves • Concerned with how others respond to them • Naturally optimistic (positive) • Like to be noticed by others

Applying moral values in an individual • Trust:- Always show your trust with others • Compassion:- by being Helpful and empathic with every one you will become more compassion. • Generosity:- Start to think more and increase interaction with people it shows hoe you are Generous • Modesty:- Don’t show others what you are let them know about your self. • Truthfulness:- Stick on your commitment do what you said.
