Data management • E-mail/Google Group management • Wednesday – 3W files from Hubs • Data Cleaning/Quality Control • Check the Excel Spreadsheet for missing information/inconsistencies • Follow-Up by email/phone calls to IMs • Data Compilation-Sindh and Balochistan • Calculate number of individuals with household size of each with 7.

  3. Data Analysis • Number of beneficiaries reached of and activities – NDMA, OCHA & UNICEF • Water: Hands Pump Installed, Hands Pump Repaired, DWSS, WTUs • Sanitation: Dry Pit Latrine, Emergency Latrine, Flush/Pour Latrine, VIP • Hygiene: Hygiene Promotion • NFIs: Hygiene Kits

  4. 3W Maps • WASH coverage by District/Taluka • WASH Active IPs • WASH activity Maps (HP/DWSS/WTUs/Latrines etc) • Request on Provincial needs

Challenges • Missing Information/blank records (start and end date, geographical locations, units, beneficiaries etc • Multiple names in one row (IPs, geographical locations Taluka, UCs etc) • Duplication/double reporting (same activity with same geographical location, units, beneficiaries etc • Low frequency of reporting on 3W • Qc: 3W records-14,500

Looking Forward • Clean and qualitative/quantitative data (IMs will support the IPs) • One row for one activity/IP/geographycal location • Report on revised 3W (Project code and title) • Weekly reporting, only the new activities to avoid duplication. • IPs active on the ground are encourage to report on 3W for the clear picture.
