N106 Disclosure and Barring Service Applications Operator conducts searches on local / National systems Application received from DBS electronically and allocated to an Operator Relevant information found AT2 completed by Operator and passed to Risk Assessor to complete AT3 s.1 & 2 Risk Assessor reviews information and makes decision not to disclose Risk Assessor returns application to DBS No Disclosure Result is No Trace or Not Relevant Chief Officer Delegate reviews decision and text and completes relevant paragraphs of s.4 of AT3 Disclosure Supervisor reviews application, completes AT3 s.3 passes application to Chief Officer Delegate Risk Assessor reviews AT2 and makes decision in respect of disclosure No Disclosure Disclosure Supervisor completes representations process Return application to DBS Chief Officer Delegate reviews final text following representations and finalises AT3 s.4
