Situation / Conclusion • The Proposal had one major deficiency, putting it in a waiting position In General, Networks were not convincingly enough presented Specific strong recommendation for NEEN/SEEN fusion • Some colleagues which helped the EURONS Management Team to save the proposal should be warmely thankedC. Henning • Consecutive to April, 28 2004 programme committee meeting, EURONS, (as well as the other remaining note 4.5 proposals), can now be fundes Very formally, the start of contract negociations is from July, 15 on (the I3 call's budget needs to be modified) Budget negociations on the level of "Evaluation Committee – 20%" Rather Strict Respect of Evaluation Committee's Recommendation Alex C.
