1. Cruising Through Express Entry - Novusimmigration The Express Entry program was introduced by the Canadian government on January 15, 2015. It is an online system that is used to manage applications from skilled workers. The Immigration, refugees, and citizenship Canada(IRCC) help eligible applicants to apply for permanent residency in Canada. The eligible applicants can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). For EOI, the candidate needs to create an online Express Entry profile and enter into the Express Entry Pool, where they will have a score called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
