  3. 15% Homework 25% Homework Quizzes 50% Tests 10% Responsibility Grade Grades

  4. These are assignment given daily. They are due the day after they are given. Assignments not completed on time will earn a zero. Exceptions will be made only for illness or if you see me at 7:30am the day the assignment is due with a reasonable reason for not having it done. My dog ate it is not a good reason. Neither is I didn’t do it. Extracurricular Activities are not a reason to have incomplete assignment. These are graded on work as well as accuracy. Homework

  5. When assignments are given, we will go over the assignment and I will answer questions about problems missed. The following day you will take a short (5 problems) quiz over the assignment. 2 of these problems could be review from previous assignments These grades will be recorded individually.   6. At the end of a chapter or midway through a test will be given covering all materials covered in that chapter. All work must be shown to get credit for the problems. Tests

  7. You all start with 100% You may earn deductions from this 100% by doing the following: Incomplete or no assignment Not bringing materials to class Disruptive behavior Insubordination Not turning assignments in Other inappropriate behavior Responsibility Grade

  8. A+ 98– 100 C+ 82-84 A 95-97 C 79-81 A- 93-94 C- 77-78 B+ 90 – 92 D+ 75-76 B 87-89 D 72-74 B- 85-86 D- 70-72 Grading System

  9. Work is to be made up according to the handbook. Tests will need to be made up before or after school. Absences – All Day

  10. If you leave early or come late you are responsible for turning your assignment in and getting the next one when you get to school or before you leave. Absences: Part of the day

  11. You must turn in your assignment or test if it is a test day before you go. You are responsible for having the next assignment complete when you return. School Activities

  12. I will have my weekly schedule on the board as well as the class assignments for the week. Keep track of what you are going to miss if you know you are going to be gone. Come in early or stay late to keep on top of your work. Get Help and Ask Questions
