  5. WHAT IS A SENSE OF BELONGING? • A WORD SEARCHED, KNOWN, AND THEN CONSTANTLY USED TO THE POINT OF BEING UNFORGETTABLE BECOMES ONE OF OUR LEXICAL BELONGINGS/POSSESSIONS. IT IS READILY AND AUTOMATICALLY AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE OR FOR TRANSFER OF KNOWLEDGE TO OUR STUDENTS AND OTHER PEOPLE

  6. WHAT IS A SENSE OF OBSESSION? • AN UNMET CURIOSITY ABOUT A WORD SHOULD RESULT IN A FEELING OF DISCONTENTMENT, AND A STRONGER SENSE OF CURIOSITYCALLED A FEELING OF BECOMING OBSESSED. THIS OBSESSIVE FEELING WON’T GO AWAY UNLESS THE WORD IS FOUND.

  7. BLENDING TECHNIQUE

  8. CLIPPING TECHNIQUE • CUTTING A WORD WHICH RESULTS IN A NEWLY FORMED WORD RETAINING THE SAME MEANING • FOR EXAMPLE: • CROCODILE ------- CROC • REFRIGERATOR ------- FRIDGE
