Basic eligibility criteria • EU citizens or Croatian citizenship • Croatian citizenship – AD 5 Generalist profile • Fulfilled military service (if applicable) • Language requirements • Thorough knowledge of Croatian language • Satisfactory knowledge of at least 1 EU language (EN, FR or DE) • Meet the requirements for the duties involved

Computer Based Tests (CBT)– multiple-choice tests in your 2nd language – cognitive abilities • – test centre in your country • – all applicants • Phase 2. Assessment Centre • – fixed quota of top scoring candidates are invited • – EPSO assessment centre in Brussels • – competency-based • Resulting in Reserve list • – fixed quota (e.g. AD 5 =126) • Always see Notice of Competition for details Procedure takes about 9 months 1 9
