  13. Hi Ray, Let me start off with a bit of well deserved praise for your publication. Lux magazine is one of the few industry "freebies" that lands on my desk that not only do I actually bother to look at (which is a bonus in itself!), but is actually passed around between the other members of our engineering team.....and then discussed! Generally the only other "reading material" that has this effect on most of us is found between pages 2 and 4 of The Sun! One of the things I'm most interested in is the regular section on retrofits as I'm heavily involved with the specification and running of lighting projects within our 304 care homes. With that in mind, and the fact that I've been handed a a good chunk of funding to carry out some fairly sizeable projects this year that will involve LED, DALI,sensors, tuneable white LED etc etc. I'm currently just finalising the specification and expected energy reduction analysis on approximately £200k of projects to be split across 3 of our multi-sites which house a wide selection of different needs from respite care to dementia patients. Hopefully with the eclectic range of different controls, fittings and technology it would be of interest to other subscribers?
