  2. Purpose: The purpose of the AGC Children in the Classroom and on Campus Policy Committee is to review the existing GRCC Policy and make recommendations for improvements.

  3. Judy Jankowski, Psychology , Chair Katherine Hughes, Counseling Jennifer Keesen, Student Support Services Carol Van Randwyk. Music Team Members

  4. Process: Team Members reviewed existing document. Team Members had discussions with colleagues about current document. Benchmarked our policy with the policy of GVSU (they do not have a policy but are currently in the process of establishing one.

  5. Keep the existing policy unchanged. Recommendation

  6. Share with your departments. Direct all feedback to jjankows@grcc.edu January 28, 2014. Committee will consider recommendations and make revisions to policy. Policy will be presented to AGC on February 11, 2014 with any changes. AGC will vote on Policy, March 11, 2014 Next Steps
